Unsung Hero #4 - Cistus
FUN FACT: Rose of Sharon isn’t a rose, but its large, flat blossoms and nectar attract hummingbirds and tiny insects.

Plant Origin: Spain

Unsung Hero #5 - Dorado Azul 
FUN FACT: Until about 2006, Dorado Azul was recognized in Ecuador as only a weed. It did not even have a botanical name until D. Gary Young distilled and analyzed it for the first time and gave it its identity.

Plant Origin: Ecuador
Extraction Method: Steam distilled from stems/leaves/flowers (aerial parts)

Unsung Hero #6 - German Chamomile 
FUN FACT: The German Chamomile plant is listed in Dioscorides’ De Materia Medica(AD 78), Europe’s first authoritative guide to medicines, which became the standard reference work for herbal treatments for over 1,700 years.

Plant Origin: Utah, Idaho, Egypt, Hungary
